Frequently Asked Questions

To book us for an event simply fill out our booking form. We will respond within 24 hours to schedule for your event. We need 1-2 weeks advance notice to book an event. To allow for safe food handling, all rentals are for a maximum of 4 hours. 

A $200 refundable security deposit will be charged at the time of booking in addition to the total cost. It will be returnable to the customer up to 48 hours after the event once the cart, servers and décor has been inspected for any potential damage by the event. Taxes exempt from security deposit.

If the Client needs to cancel the Event, the Client must provide written notice to the Caterer.

a) If cancellation occurs more than sixty (60) hours prior to the scheduled Event start time, the $200 deposit shall be non-refundable, but all other amounts paid shall be refunded.

b) If cancellation occurs less than sixty (60) hours prior to the scheduled Event start time, one hundred percent (100%) of all payments made shall be non-refundable due to time, labor, and resources already committed by the Caterer.

We work with a variety of venues, including residential homes, hotels, event spaces, private estates, and more. We need 10ft x 10ft of space for cart set-up. Must provide clear pathway permitting transport of cart to location and area for set-up. Locations that require stair access must be disclosed and approved prior to booking.
